Returns and Refunds

INTRODUCTION

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your goods and return the item within 30 days of notifying us you wish to return it. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.

 

RETURNS

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us at sales@tetronik.co.uk at your earliest possible opportunity to obtain a RA number. 

To return your item(s),  please wrap the item securely, insert your RA number in the box and return it to:

Please ensure that the parcel is marked with your RA number. We regret that any returns received without a RA number will not be accepted. 

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods until they reach our warehouse; therefore we would advise you to return the item via recorded delivery to confirm receipt. If item(s) are sent without notifying us beforehand, we cannot issue a refund.

We will only accept products that are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, and are returned in full - with every item/accessories included in the original purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. 

If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. 

You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods or we will, by agreement, arrange for the collection of these goods. 

 

WARRANTY

Tetronik Limited offers a 12 month warranty on all items with certain exceptions as detailed below.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover the following:

Physical damage
Liquid damage
Any damage caused by rooting/ jailbreaking a device
Removable covers such as battery covers, port/interface covers and lens caps
Any items with single use codes e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes
Consumable parts that degenerate over time;

    Please note, we are not responsible for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is removed from the device before booking in for warranty or returning the device.

    If a product sold by Tetronik is found to be faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days of sale we will refund to the original value and via the same payment method.

    If the product becomes faulty after 30 days but within 6 months of sale, the defective product will be fully tested to verify the fault. We will repair or replace the product if the product is found defective otherwise it will be handed back to you or dispatched back to you in case of online orders. If you have already had a repair/replacement that has become faulty again, the refund processed would be to the original value as per the Terms of Use. If a refund is done within 6 months of the original purchase it will be to the original amount paid.

    If the product becomes faulty after 6 months from the date of sale, we will replace/repair the product. If you have already had a repair/replacement that has become faulty again, the refund processed would be to the current value/original value (whichever is the lower) as per the Terms of Use.

    All products sent to Tetronik Limited for refund or return under warranty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to Tetronik Limited receiving such products the risk of loss and title for such products remains with the Customer.

    Please note, this warranty does not cover physical damage, damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, improper modification, firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than Tetronik Limited or an engineer approved by Tetronik Limited.
